Ive Chief Executive Officer/President/Co-Founder Andrew has extensive experience in the retail environment, with particular expertise in brand management and business development. In 1997, Andrew founded a products company and brought it successfully from concept to market launch into major U.S. retailers. The company was named one of the Top 10 Hottest Start-Ups by Inc. Magazine (June 1999) and won the Business Week/IDEA award. Presently, the company continues to produce the highest quality products in it's product category. Andrew oversaw all aspects of the company's formation, development and growth, established various channels of distribution, and built relationships with buyers at Home Depot, Kmart, Amway and other large retailers. Prior to founding the company, Andrew held Brand Management positions at Procter & Gamble. Andrew earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree from King's College, London University. Daniel J. Moore Chief Technology Officer/Co-Founder Dan was previously a Senior Manager in Andersen Consulting's Technology practice, and has a broad background in enterprise systems design and development, including extensive multi-platform design and development. Recently, Dan specialized in integrated multi-channel sales and customer service applications including the design of systems that integrate emerging internet technologies with traditional sales and customer service infrastructures. Dan graduated from the University of Florida with under-graduate and post-graduate business degrees with a concentration in Computer Science. He provides OpenShelf.com the benefit of 35 years of retail experience, including extensive knowledge of merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, human resources, strategic planning and international expansion. Kenneth Cort earned his M.B.A. from Columbia University, and received his bachelor's degree form the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania. Patrick Jones Most recently Pat Jones has been the CFO and Interim CEO at Gemplus International SA based in Bouche-du-Rhone, France. He has been responsible for all finance, accounting and MIS activities world-wide for this rapidly growing privately-held $900mm global company producing smart card and software technology for banking, internet security and mobile telephony applications. Prior to working at Gemplus, Mr Jones was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Intel Corporation where he was responsible for accounting, internal and external reporting, world-wide financial systems, financial controls, and all international financial organizations consisting of over 800 people and 100 legal entities. Prior to this, Pat was CFO at LSI Logic, Coremark International, and the Dest Corporation. Pat's other professional experiences include Managing Director of Europe and Vice President of Marketing for Asia for the Singer Company, Senior Investment Analyst for Mercantile Bancshares, and Marketing Representative and Systems Engineer for International Business Machines. Andrew Palmer Andy Palmer has an established track record of two successful software start-ups including Trilogy and pcOrder.com, the latter of which has a market valuation of over $1.5 billion. Andy also has extensive experience in product positioning, market development and enterprise software sales to Fortune 500 companies. As the first vice president of marketing at pcOrder.com, Andy spearheaded the development of a variety of multi-million dollar partnerships with major computer IT manufacturers, distributors and resellers. As marketing director for Trilogy, he drove the company's initial expansion into vertical markets outside of the computer industry. Andy earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a bachelor's degree in English and Computer Science from Bowdoin College. Clayton Reed Vice President, North American Sales for CISCO systems. Clayton Reed is the VP of the Customer Advocacy, Americas, responsible for Service sales and delivery for Cisco's customers and partners. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the Southwestern Sales Area for two years. Prior to joining Cisco in 1996, Mr. Reed was Sr VP of Worldwide Operations at VTEL, a global corporation that provides digital visual communication systems. Clayton has served as the VP of World Wide Sales and Marketing for a digital image processing startup and managed a Consulting company which provided strategic and operations improvement consulting services In addition, he was Director of North America sales at Data General, and held various sales and operations management positions over a 17 year period at IBM. Mr. Reed holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Minnesota and concurrently played in the Philadelphia Phillies professional baseball organization. Tom Shields Tom Shields is co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer of NetGravity. Tom has been involved in Internet advertising and electronic commerce since co-founding NetGravity in 1995. As VP of Engineering -and subsequently CTO - he was responsible for NetGravity's entire development team and architecture, and produced enterprise application software that was successfully deployed at over 300 customer sites. He has also been a development manager at Oracle, and worked at several other software startups. He has authored standards that have been adopted by the Internet Advertising Bureau and the Future of Advertising Stakeholders standards bodies, and currently chairs the Implementation subcommittee of FAST. Prior to NetGravity he was a development manager at Oracle for nearly 4 years, and was a member of two startups before that. Tom received an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University in 1989.
